LOS ANGELES, April 2 — Katseye will drop its new single “Pinky Up” on April 9, the group’s labels Hybe and Geffen Records announced yesterday.

The release comes just days before the six-member act is set to make its first appearance at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.

The group has so far scored three entries on Billboard’s Hot 100: “Internet Girl,” which debuted at No. 29 and stayed for four weeks, and “Gabriela” and “Gnarly,” the main tracks from its second EP, which spent 28 and 13 weeks on the chart, peaking at No. 21 and No. 82, respectively.

Katseye’s second mini album “Beautiful Chaos” has also shown staying power, logging 39 weeks on the Billboard 200 and ranking No. 85 on the chart dated April 4.

In March, Katseye performed “Gnarly” at the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles, underscoring its growing profile on the US stage.

Ahead of the single’s release, the group has been teasing “Pinky Up” with a series of cryptic visuals on social media.

One clip shows the Mona Lisa delicately lifting a steaming teacup with her pinky raised, while another features an arcade claw machine branded with the group’s name plucking a sword from a pile of glittering plush toys and a lone teacup, accompanied by the caption: “We’re screaming from cloud nine!!”
