LOS ANGELES, May 17 — After gaining acclaim for his track King’s Dead on the Black Panther soundtrack, Jay Rock is back with a new single called Win that features label-mate Kendrick Lamar.

Lamar featured alongside James Blake and Future on Jay Rock’s breakout Black Panther track, and now he’s back to ad-lib on the new single Win, which finds Rock rapping over a brass fanfare over a trap beat.

"Win” will appear on Jay Rock’s upcoming studio album along with King’s Dead. That album, which will follow on from his 2015 LP 90059, has yet to get a release date.

Lamar and Rock, Top Dawg Entertainment (TDE) labelmates, are currently on tour with fellow TDE artists as part of "TDE: The Championship Tour,” with North American dates running through mid-June. — AFP-Relaxnews
