Guillermo del Toro Presents 10 After Midnight is to be an anthology series, "equally sophisticated and horrific.”

Del Toro will write and direct "certain episodes,” selecting "top horror writers and new filmmakers” to bring his stories to life for others, according to the Netflix announcement.

There’s no release date or imagery to accompany the reveal, but Netflix’s public-facing website is listing 10 After Midnight for a 2018 debut.

It’s a second joint project from Del Toro and Netflix, after children’s animated series Trollhunters, which has accumulated four Annie Awards and seven Daytime Emmys over the course of its first two seasons. — AFP-Relaxnews
