LOS ANGELES, Nov 13 — Jason Momoa is teasing fans that the reboot for The Crow is already in production.

Momoa took to Instagram to share artwork of The Crow along with a snap himself and director Corin Hardy. In the caption, the Aquaman star teased that filming for the much-awaited movie is set to start soon by saying: "I’ve been waiting for sooooo long. [Corin Hardy] let’s do this brother.”

A reboot of the 1994 film that starred the late Brandon Lee had been in development for a decade before Sony Pictures took over in September.  The Crow, which is based on James O’Barr’s 1989 cult comic, centres on Eric Draven who is resurrected by a supernatural crow to avenge his own murder and that of his girlfriend. Like the comic, the film too became a cult classic and inspired a direct sequel The Crow: City of Angels.

Not much else is known about the film as yet but fans will be glad to know a reboot is finally (actually!) going to be taking flight.
