LONDON, Oct 16 — It would appear the answer is "yes”.

Exclusive pictures obtained by The Daily Mail today show Michael Fassbender and Alicia Vikander wearing matching wedding bands on that all-important finger.

The photos are understood to have been taken yesterday on the holiday island of Ibiza during what looks like a post-wedding brunch.

In one picture, Fassbender is seen cradling Vikander’s face as they share a passionate kiss.

Multiple entertainment sites reported in early September that the fellow thespians were planning a destination wedding and had asked close family and friends to "save the date”.

Representatives of the couple have yet to confirm the news, but the pictures appear to confirm that a wedding has indeed taken place.

The 40-year-old actor and the 29-year-old Oscar winner have been dating for three years after meeting on the set of their movie, The Light Between Oceans.
