LONDON, June 25 — Susan Boyle, who gained fame on Britain’s Got Talent, has become a target of abuse by a gang of teens numbering up to 15.
According to the locals of West Lothian, Scotland where Boyle lives, Boyle has faced numerous attacks from the group, who have thrown objects at her and hurled verbal abuse.
Boyle, who has Asperger’s Syndrome, has been deliberately targeted by the gang, often preying on her near her home.
According to reports, the group lit a piece of paper and threw it at Boyle in one incident.
According to the Sunday Mirror, Boyle’s spokesman has said they’re planning to get the police involved to ensure the singer’s safety.
Boyle shot to fame in 2009 following her appearance on Britain’s Got Talent but has largely kept a low profile since.
