LOS ANGELES, Feb 15 — A homage to Hollywood rivals Bette Davis and Joan Crawford is on its way, as can be seen in the first full trailer for March series Feud: Bette and Joan.

Premiering on the FX network, Feud: Bette and Joan stars Susan Sarandon as Bette Davis and Jessica Lange as Joan Crawford.

As well as each being icons in their own right, the pair were famous for their real-life rivalry on the set of box office and critical success, 1962 thriller What Ever Happened to Baby Jane.

The feuding continued after the award-winning film, for which Davis was nominated for an Academy Award; Crawford was not in the running, but nevertheless succeeded in snubbing Davis to collect the Oscar on behalf of another nominee.

Also among those cast in the eight-episode series, which broadcasts from March 5, 2017, are Alfred Molina, Stanley Tucci, Judy Davis, Jackie Hoffman, Catherine Zeta Jones, Kathy Bates and Sarah Paulson. — AFP-Relaxnew
