LOS ANGELES, Nov 24 — Superman Returns and A Mighty Wind actress Parker Posey has joined the cast of Netflix’s 2018 episodic remake of Lost in Space.

Posey steps on board a production that has already secured Toby Stephens of Black Sails and Molly Parker of House of Cards in its lead roles.

The series is based on the 1965-1968 classic about the Robinson family, space explorers, and other members of their crew. Posey is to play Dr Smith, hapless antagonist of the original Lost in Space. — AFP-Relaxnews
