OTTAWA, Oct 14 — Canadian writer, director and producer Mike Clattenburg is to see Comedy Central debut his latest series, Crawford, a domestic sitcom featuring a racoon whisperer.

The Trailer Park Boys series has so far run to 11 seasons and three feature films, though Clattenburg has agreed an initial 13-episode deal for Crawford with Comedy Central.

Expected not before late 2017, it concerns a 30-something man who moves back into his parents’ Crawford Street home and ends up having to monetise his affinity with raccoons, Deadline reports.

Mike O’Neill, who appeared in season 7 of Trailer Park Boys and earned writing credits on Clattenburg’s Moving Day, Trailer Park Boys: Don't Legalise It and TV comedy Black Jesus is also on board as co-creator. — AFP-Relaxnews
