LOS ANGELES, Oct 5 — Apologies for the clickbait headlines, folks.

But we thought we’d have some fun — just like Jennifer Garner did with the paparazzi earlier this week.

In what appeared to be the inside scoop on her love life, Garner joked that she had a new man in her life.

"Brad and I are dating,” she giggled in an exchange that was filmed on video.

Clearly caught off-guard by her joke and unsure how to react, a videographer asked, "You’re dating Brad Pitt?”

"Yeah!” she joked. "Isn’t that great?”

Her comments drew laughter from the group of paparazzi as she giggled and made her way to the car.

Yes, for the record, Garner was joking, everyone.

At least, she’s seeing the funny side of things, as media reports of late had suggested she was having a tough time following her split from husband Ben Affleck last year.

Pitt is, of course, going through a high-profile divorce with Angeline Jolie.
