MUMBAI, Sept 5 — Bollywood fans, get ready to Rock On!! once again with this new teaser trailer of the eagerly awaited sequel to the 2008 hit musical film.

Farhan Akhtar, Arjun Rampal, Purab Kohli and Prachi Desai reprise their roles from the first film while Shraddha Kapoor and Shashank Arora make their debut in Rock On!! 2.

Along with the familiar music and nostalgic throwbacks, the teaser promises an intense and exciting new story that begins with Adi (Farhan) telling a crowd full of music buffs that Magik (their band) has not been on stage for years, but if there is any reason for them to come back then, "This. Is. It!”

We then see Adi Shraddha, who plays keyboards for the band, under his wing and make her one of the faces and voices of Magik. The beats from the original title song get a pleasant surprise with Shraddha singing it as well.

Rock On!! was an immediate success following its release in 2008 and it launched Farhan’s career as an actor as well as a singer.
