LOS ANGELES, Aug 26 — If you thought the divorce drama between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard was over after they came to an agreement, you’re totally wrong.

Heard has apparently blasted Depp for going behind her back to donate the divorce money. In the settlement, Heard was awarded US$7 million which she announced would be donated to her two favourite charities.

A rep for Depp had announced that the actor had decided to cut out the middle man and donate the settlement money directly to the charities in a series of instalments — a move which Heard alleges changes the terms of the settlement.

"If Johnny wishes to change the settlement agreement, we must insist that he honour the full amount by donating US$14 million to charity, which, after accounting for his tax deduction, is equal to his US$7 million payment obligation to Amber,” a statement from Heard’s rep said as quoted by TMZ.

The rep even went on to suggest Depp was attempting to use it as a tax write-off.

"Anything less would be a transparent attempt by Johnny’s counsel, Laura Wasser and Patti Glaser, to reduce their client’s true payment by half under the guise of newfound concern for charities that he has never previously supported,” the statement concluded.
