LOS ANGELES, Aug 18 — Wedding bells could be in the air soon for Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry if the reports circulating are anything to go by.

Bloom and Perry have been spotted together in public a lot lately after their romance first went public at the 2016 Golden Globes, and sources close to the pair are claiming that they are ready to take the next step in their relationship.  

E! News quoted a source as saying that the couple has discussed marriage and children: "They are in love and happier than ever. [Orlando] would like to get engaged to [Katy] before the year is up.”

According to People: Bloom "always gushes about Katy and thinks she is amazing in a million ways”. The site quoted a source as saying: "He would love to settle down with Katy and have more kids. He hasn’t been this serious about a girl since Miranda.”

While the two are secure about where their relationship, People also quoted a friend of Perry as saying that the singer does not see herself settling down again so soon.

"Katy’s divorce from Russell [Brand] really messed her up emotionally. She’s not going to rashly make a huge commitment like marriage again unless she thinks it’s absolutely right”  

The source was also quick to point Perry’s feelings for Bloom saying "They’ve been getting along really well. Katy gives him space, and they’re both pretty independent. They are serious about each other and their relationship.”

We do hope that the rumours are indicative of good things to come for this couple and we do hope Bloom will ditch the au naturel look for that all important day — we can’t take another round of nudes!
