LOS ANGELES, Aug 18 — American neo-noir crime thriller film Drive will celebrate its five-year anniversary this year, with a limited-edition vinyl of the soundtrack to be released to mark the occasion.

The original motion picture soundtrack from the 2011 feature, directed by Nicolas Windish Refn and starring Ryan Gosling, featured a 19-song tracklist and music from artists such as Kavinsky, Desire, Riz Ortolani, and Cliff Martinez.

The fifth anniversary edition, being put together by Invada (Geoff Barrow’s label) and Lakeshore, will include new artwork and new liner notes written by Refn and composer Cliff Martinez (via Pitchfork).

The limited-edition fifth anniversary Drive vinyl, will be available from September 30 to December 31. — AFP-Relaxnews
