LOS ANGELES, July 5 — Emily Blunt and husband John Krasinski have proudly taken to social media to announce the arrival of their second daughter, Violet.

Krasinski shared the news on Twitter, revealing that Blunt had given birth two weeks ago.

"What better way to celebrate the 4th... than to announce our 4th family member!!! 2 weeks ago we met our beautiful daughter Violet,” Krasinski wrote on Twitter.

Krasinski and Blunt married in 2010 and the couple are already parents to Hazel, who was born in February 2014.
