LOS ANGELES, June 12 — Jack Bauer just might be back as there are reports that Kiefer Sutherland could be making an appearance in the upcoming 24 reboot, 24: Legacy.

Speaking at the ATX Television Festival, 24: Legacy executive producer Howard Gordon revealed that there is a chance for Sutherland to guest star in the new reboot.  

“I do think the character has life in him, whether it’s a movie or if he intersects with this new iteration of 24, [Legacy]. I sure would love to see him at some point on the show, and I don’t think he’s ruled it out, either.

Sutherland has not signed a deal to appear on screen but he is involved in the series as an executive producer. Corey Hawkins will play the lead role in 24: Legacy, which is expected to premiere on February 5, 2017.
