LOS ANGELES, March 17 — Time magazine has released its list of 30 Most Influential People on the Internet and needless to say Kimye earned their spot on the list along with Donald Trump and author J.K. Rowling.
Kanye West has been all over web this year in his too frequent Twitter rants and also with the release of his latest album The Life of Pablo exclusively through the streaming service Tidal.
Both Kim Kardashian and Rowling have made it to the list for the second year in a row and they are joined by Indian PM Narendra Modi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Caitlyn Jenner, Drake and The Late Late Show host James Corden.
According to Time, the nominees were named based on their “global impact on social media and their overall ability to drive news”. The first list was launched last year.
The others included in the list are Joy Cho, Laci Green, Josh Holz and Daniel Lara, DJ Khaled, Johnetta Elzie and DeRay Mckesson, PewDiePie, Lele Pons, Essena O’Neill, Elise Andrew, Ken M., Lilly Singh, Matt Drudge, Angie Nwandu, Andrew Bachelor, Kayla Itsines, Peter Bouckaert, the Fat Jew, Tess Holliday and Helen Van Winkle.
