LOS ANGELES, Feb 13 ― Do we really even need to tell you that there’s once again Bad Blood between Taylor Swift and Kanye West following his offensive dig at her in the new song he unveiled yesterday.

Yeezus released his new album The Life of Pablo at his Yeezy Season 3 fashion show at New York’s Madison Square Garden yesterday and mentions a person presumed to be Swift in the lyrics for Famous.

The insulting line went: “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex / Why? I made that b***h famous.”

Following that controversial reference, West went on Twitter to rant that idea for the lyrics actually came from something Tay Tay allegedly said about him making her famous when he notoriously interrupted her VMA acceptance speech in 2009.

Yeezus, like seriously? In a string of 15 tweets he responds to criticism of the new song by claiming that he had an “hour long” conversation with Swift about the lyrics and that she “thought it was funny” and gave her approval.

“I did not diss Taylor Swift and I’ve never dissed her…”, West said on Twitter.

“First thing is I’m an artist and as an artist I will express how I feel with no censorship,” he went on to say.

“2nd thing I asked my wife for her blessings and she was cool with it. 3rd thing I called Taylor and had a hour long convo with her about the line and she thought it was funny and gave her blessings.

“4th B***h is an endearing term in hip hop like the word Nigga,” he said continuing with “5th thing I’m not even gone take credit for the idea… it’s actually something Taylor came up with…”

West’s comments contradict a statement issued by Swift’s spokesperson who told Billboard that she had cautioned West about “releasing a song with such a strong misogynistic message” and that she was never told about the contentious lyrics.

Coming back to The Life of Pablo, West also released another song via SoundCloud called 30 Hours late yesterday. He also revealed that “the album is being mastered and will be out today”.
