LOS ANGELES, Oct 17 — Lee Joon-gi is making his Hollywood debut with a role in upcoming blockbuster “Resident Evil: The Final Chapter”.

Star of the popular action-horror franchise Milla Jovovich pretty much let the cat out of the bag when she uploaded a photo of her and Lee together on set earlier today.

In the caption, she mentioned that the 33-year-old actor’s taekwondo skills had impressed her.

She wrote: “Working for the last few nights with the incredible 3rd Dan Tae Kwon Do master and actor Joon Gi @actor_jg has been insanely fun and so inspiring. Makes me want to go back to class and brush up on my martial arts skills!”

A Namoo Actors’ representative stated, “It’s true that Lee Jun Ki is acting in ‘Resident Evil: The Final Chapter’. He is currently filming in South Africa.”

The film is the finale of the series that started in 2002 and has been filming in Cape Town, South Africa since August.

Paul Anderson, Jovovich’s husband, is the director of the movie, which is slated to open in theatres in North America in January 2017.
