DUBLIN, Oct 9 — After a seven-year hiatus, Irish musician Enya has announced plans to release a new album.

“Dark Sky Island” will be her 11th album, and is inspired by a collection of poems penned by album lyricist Roma Ryan themed around islands, and more specifically, the island of Sark in the Channel Islands, Enya wrote on her website.

Cars are forbidden on Sark island resulting in one of the darkest and clearest night skies in the word. In 2011, it was named the first Dark Sky Island by the International Dark Sky Association, which aims to fight light pollution.
