Jon Snow: Alive is alive is alive? Kit Harington spotted on ‘Game of Thrones’ set in Belfast

BELFAST, Sept 26 — Be still, thy beating hearts, “Game of Thrones” fans.

Jon Snow appears to be very much alive, after Kit Harington was spotted in full costume taking a break during shooting for the hit HBO series on location in Northern Ireland yesterday.

Despite denials by the top echelons of HBO that he is “dead is dead is dead. He be dead. Yes,” it appears the Lord Commander of the Night’s Watch roams Westeros once more.

Also seen resting nearby was a woman who “may or may not have been Carice van Houten, who plays The Red Witch Lady Melisandre,” according to the Daily Mail.

Fans have theorised that Melisandre will be the one to bring Jon Snow back to life after he was left for dead following his brutal stabbing by fellow members of the Night's Watch at the end of season five — although Harington could of course just be on set filming flashback scenes.

Last week, the 28-year-old actor added fuel to the fire of an imminent return in an interview with Belgian magazine Humo.

He was quoted as saying, “Let's just say that ‘Game of Thrones’ will remain a part of my life for a while.

“I'll probably be in my thirties when it's over.”

Harington also admitted that he was “still under contract” with the HBO series.

Naturally, the sight of the series’ resident hunk in Stark regalia with sword by his side and signature man bun and beard intact has sent fans into full meltdown.

Unfortunately, they will have to wait for the premiere of season six in April 2016 to discover if Jon Snow really has cheated death.
