LOS ANGELES, Sept 25 — Emmy-winning “Mad Men” star Jon Hamm is heading to Bikini Bottom with a guest role on a future episode of “SpongeBob SquarePants”.

According to reports, Nickelodeon will have Hamm voice a character named Don Grouper in an episode of “SpongeBob SquarePants” airing sometime next year. Hamm’s episode will see SpongeBob and Mr Krabs seeking business advice from Grouper in Krabs’ endeavour to launch a line of frozen Krabby Patties.

Nickelodeon’s description of the character does sound similar to Hamm’s “Mad Men” character Don Draper. According to the network, Grouper’s “sharp mind and devastating charm make him an irresistible force”.
