NEW YORK, July 19 — Singer Rita Ora and her boyfriend Ricky Hil have mutually ended their relationship earlier this month, Daily Mail reported.

The pair, who had an on-off relationship for over a year, decided to call it quits due to their busy work schedules.

A source close to the singer told the Mail, “They've been on and off for a while. He's based in LA and she's based in London.

“Now that she's doing the X Factor and has her new album here, she will be here for the rest of the year. But he has commitments to his music career and fashion line overseas, too.”

Ricky Hil, which is short for Richard Hilfiger, is the son of American fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger and his wife Susie.

The split is reported as “amicable” and the pair are still friends, the source added.

Ora is the newest judge on UK talent show “X Factor”, while Simon Cowell, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini and Nick Grimshaw make up the rest of the panel.

She had earlier posted a wefie of the X Factor judges with the caption, “This is by far the best Simon Cowell photograph of all time.”
