LOS ANGELES, July 15 — Following its showing at San Diego Comic-Con, Fox has unleashed an extended look at the new “Fantastic Four” less than a month before its release in theatres.

Miles Teller, Kate Mara, Michael B. Jordan and Jamie Bell star as the fearsome foursome in the reboot of the beloved superhero story. Teller stars as Reed Richards (Mr Fantastic) alongside Mara’s Susan Storm (Invisible Woman). Jordan plays Johnny Storm (Human Torch) while Bell portrays Ben Grimm (The Thing).

The trailer also gives us our first proper look at the fab four’s big bad enemy, Doctor Doom, himself.

The picture is directed by Josh Trank (“Chronicle”), who also co-wrote the script with Simon Kinberg and Jeremy Slater.

The new trailer gives us a ton of fresh footage of Marvel’s First Family in action. We get some long shots of the Thing smashing stuff, along with some nifty clips of the Human Torch flaming on. Plus, Reed is stretchy and Sue is rocking those force fields.

This iteration of the superhero pack’s story is the third in recent years. The first “Fantastic Four” opened in 2005, followed by 2007’s “Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer”.

The first trailer for the actioner hit the web in April and “Fantastic Four” is set to hit the theatres on August 7.

The final trailer for the ‘Fantastic Four’ reboot provides plenty of action, not to mention a good look behind the mask of Doctor Victor von Doom.
