LOS ANGELES, July 5 — Actress Kate Hudson showed her patriotic side yesterday when she belted out the US national anthem ‘Star Spangled Banner’ to celebrate Independence Day in the US.

The 36-year-old Hudson, who found fame in movies like ‘How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days’, ‘Bride Wars’ and ‘Raising Helen’, was dressed in what appeared to be her sleepwear, consisting of a T-shirt and flowered pants while singing.

Hudson posted the short video clip on her @katehudson Instagram account with the message, “7.30am and I’m feeling seriously patriotic! Happy 4th of July!”

The post has netted over 90,000 likes since it was posted yesterday.
