Iggy Azalea slams Britney Spears on Twitter, blames her for ‘Pretty Girls’ flop

LOS ANGELES, June 30 — If you haven’t noticed, Britney Spears and Iggy Azalea’s summer collaboration, “Pretty Girls”, flopped pretty hard after its recent premiere. And it looks like Azalea is blaming Spears for their song’s disappointing performance.

During Twitter conversations on Sunday night, one fan commented to Azalea, “Even if PG (Pretty Girls) flopped a little bit still getting a lot of views on YT (YouTube) and it’s the summer anthem of 2015, so whatever we love you”.

And that’s when the Aussie singer appeared to take digs at Spears.

“It’s difficult to send a song up the charts without additional promo and TV performances etc. unfortunately im just featured...” responded Azalea.

Her response, of course, sent Spears’ fans into a frenzy and after the Internet picked up her shade, Azalea took it to another level.

“My comment is factual, it applies to any song. I dont have to suck the womans asshole 24/7 to be her friend, do i? bye girls,” she wrote.

For the record, “Pretty Girls” peaked at No 29 on the Billboard Hot 100.
