LOS ANGELES, Feb 13 — Dakota Johnson stole lingerie from the set of “Fifty Shades of Grey”.

The 25-year-old stars as Anastasia Steele in the steamy flick, which hits cinemas today. The actress spends a large chunk of the film either nude or scantily clad and she’s revealed that she couldn’t part with some of her “wardrobe” once filming was over.

“I stole lots of the underwear — they were comfortable,” she confessed during a Twitter Q&A for the British edition of Glamour, “I do have a flogger [whip] in my house (it’s in the garage with dust) (sic).”

Taking part in the film alongside Northern Irish actor Jamie Dornan as kinky businessman Christian Grey means both stars’ profiles have shot into the stratosphere. For Dakota, who is the daughter of Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson, it’s been a lot to get used to.

“That is a new situation in my life. Super weird.(sic)” she added when asked what it’s like to have people following her everywhere.

Thankfully she’s had her handsome 32-year-old co-star and director Sam Taylor-Johnson to keep her company during the press tour. And it seems they have had a lot of fun along the way.

“Probably Jamie,” she replied when asked who was funnier before describing him in three words, “Sweet, goofy and charismatic (sic).”

While Dakota said her biggest sacrifice was agreeing to the movie because everyone would see her naked, it shouldn’t be a surprise that she took on the role considering what the best piece of advice she has ever received is.
