SYDNEY, Sept 4 — Orlando Bloom admits his apparent romantic situation “probably looks odd”.

Rumours have been circulating that the British star is currently dating Erica Packer after snaps of the pair holidaying in Spain surfaced.

At the same time Orlando’s estranged wife Miranda Kerr is said to be hooking up with James Packer, the ex-husband of Erica, and the pair are also thought to have gone away together.

“I’ve known Erica since I was 19 back in London,” Orlando told Australian newspaper The Daily Telegraph’s Sydney Confidential. “I’ve known Erica before she was married to James, when she was married to James and afterwards and we are all mates.

“It probably looks odd but we are all mates, we have all known each other for a long time.”

He was then asked categorically if he and Erica are an item, and the actor couldn’t help but laugh.

“No, I’ve known Erica for a long time, we are great mates. She is a great girl,” he smiled.

Orlando, 37, and Miranda split last year but remain on great terms for their son, three-year-old Flynn.

He’ll be flying over to Australia this week for ComicCon and plans to touch base with Miranda and her family.

“I’m going to see the family and catch up with the rellies and I want to catch up with some of my mates. I just love being there,” he gushed.

“Miranda, family, we are all family. The Kerrs are family. I’ve spent so much time there. And with Miranda and Flynn and the family and stuff I’ve been coming and going for many years. I love it there.” — Cover Media
