LOS ANGELES, July 26 — After a lot of legal drama that started back in 2012, John Travolta and his lawyers are still battling against an ex-pilot, who claims to have had a “personal and intimate relationship” with the actor, and now wants to write a tell all book about it.

Douglas Gotterba worked at Travolta’s aircraft company from 1981 to 1987, during which time the ‘Pulp Fiction’ star’s lawyers claim he signed a confidentiality agreement.

A Californian judge decided recently that the case will continue to examine the document and establish whether it is valid and the confidentiality is enforceable.

Douglas has a draft of the alleged agreement, although it’s not signed, whereas Travolta’s lawyers say that they have the signed and sealed version, explaining that they “are very confident that in the end” they will win the action.

Whatever the outcome, it’s certainly an exciting ride, and just the fact the John and his lawyers are so desperate to keeps things wrapped up seems to be an excellent selling point if the tell all tale is eventually released, but for now, we’ll just have to watch this space. — Cover Media
