SINGAPORE, July 17 — As part of the National Day Carnival, a group of Singapore DJs will attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the most number of disc jockey performances at one location in a relay.

Around 160 DJs, both current and retired, will be participating in the event where a Guinness World Record adjudicator from London will be present to judge the attempt.

The National Day Carnival, which is an SG50 event, is open to the public and will be held at the Marina Barrage on Aug 9 from 10am onwards. There will also be food stalls at the venue, as well as a live screening of the National Day Parade, various games, fireworks and an after-party. — TODAY
