NEW YORK, May 22 — Shah Rukh Khan, the only Indian actor to make it to the top ten combined rich list of Hollywood and Bollywood personalities, has beaten stars like Tom Cruise and Johnny Depp in the list, Press Trust of India (PTI) reports.

The 48-year-old actor, owner of an Indian Premier League (IPL) team and who has acted in more than 50 Bollywood films, has clinched second spot in the Wealth-X’s list with an estimated fortune of US$600 million (RM1.9 billion).

Comedian Jerry Seinfeld tops the list with a fortune of US$820 million while Cruise comes third with a US$480 million fortune.

Tyler Perry and Depp are ranked in fourth and fifth places respectively with an estimated wealth of US$450 million each.

The list also includes several Academy Award winners including Jack Nicholson (US$400 million), Tom Hanks (US$390 million) and Clint Eastwood (US$ 370 million).

Nicholson is at number six followed by Hanks, Bill Cosby, Eastwood and Adam Sandler.
