LOS ANGELES, Feb 12 — The two American actors become former classmates in this directorial debut from the “Yes Man” writers.

Jack Black (“School of Rock,” “Kung Fu Panda,” “Bernie”) in charge of organising his high school reunion, despite having endured a torrid time during his teenage years, while James Marsden (“X-Men,” “30 Rock”) is the super-popular graduate whose Hollywood dream has failed now that he’s restricted to TV commercial appearances.

So it’s up to Black to enter Marsden’s celebrity world and convince him to get on board for the get-together.

The story is scripted by Nat Faxon (“The Descendants,” “The Way Way Back”) and Mike White (“School of Rock,” “Nacho Libre,” “Orange County”), who are also expected to appear in front of the camera for “The D-Train,” just as they have in previous movies. — AFP-Relaxnews
