LOS ANGELES, Oct 29 — The Austrian star will take advantage of an opening in his schedule to play one of the nightmarish bosses in this sequel to the 2011 box office hit.

Christoph Waltz will be one half of a father-son duo with Chris Pine (“Star Trek Into Darkness”) in the forthcoming comedy. Jennifer Aniston and Kevin Spacey, who were on the cast of the first film, are slated to make their return as two of the villainous bosses in the sequel, Variety reports.

Director Sean Anders (“We're the Millers”) will begin shooting “Horrible Bosses 2” on November 4. Jason Bateman, Jason Sudeikis and Charlie Day will reappear as the trio of friends who decide to do away with their respective superiors. Jamie Foxx will also return in the role of a colourful murder consultant. — AFP
