KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 11 — Ecobuilt Holdings Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary Rexallent Construction Sdn Bhd has accepted a letter of award from DMP Architects Sdn Bhd for a proposed development in Shah Alam worth RM113.35 million.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the group said the project comprises the development of a 34-storey service apartment block with 370 units, 12 strata office suites, and an eight-storey podium car park.

The group said the project is expected to be completed within 30 months from the date of commencement, which is to be ascertained at a later date or within such extended date as conditions of the contract provisions.

It added that the project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the Ecobuilt group for the financial year ending May 31, 2023. — Bernama
