KEMAMAN, March 17 ― UDA Holdings Bhd (UDA) has launched its first commercial building development project, known as Coast Kemaman.

In a statement today, group chief operating officer (property development), Datuk Mohamed Marzuk Basir, said the RM66.55 million project on 1.37-hectare site in Kampung Besut, Chukai, comprised three blocks of three- and four-storey buildings housing 101 shop and office units.

He said the construction of the project, undertaken by UDA's unit, UDA Land (East) Sdn Bhd, has begun early this month and was scheduled for completion in November 2017. ― Bernama
