KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 18 — I-Bhd’s subsidiaries have made three land purchases today. 

In a filing to Bursa Malaysia, it said I-Marcom Sdn Bhd had acquired a piece of freehold land located along Jalan Changkat Kia Peng, from Sumuracres Sdn Bhd for RM132 million in redeemable convertible unsecured loan stocks.

Meanwhile, I-City Properties Sdn Bhd has purchased a piece of freehold land in Bandar Shah Alam from The Peak @ KLCC Sdn Bhd for RM241.3 million in irredeemable and redeemable convertible unsecured loan stocks.

The third is an acquisition by City Centrepoint Sdn Bhd of a piece of freehold land which currently forms part of the land held under Seksyen 7, Bandar Shah Alam from The Peak @ KLCC for RM129 million, in irredeemable and redeemable convertible unsecured loan stocks. — Bernama
