KUALA LUMPUR, May 5 — Malaysia Airlines (MAS), the country’s national carrier, has incorporated an offshore company under the name of MAS B738 EXIM (L) Ltd.

In a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, MAS said the company was formed with a paid-up capital of RM3.26 in cash for its operations.

None of its directors, major shareholders and people connected with them have any interests, direct or indirect, in the transaction, MAS added. — Bernama
