KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 6 — On the scoreboard, the Finance Index rose 20.37 points to 16,775.72, Plantation Index gained 24.1 points to 8,994.15 but the Industrial Index was 1.2 point lower at 3,102.14.

The FBM Emas Index garnered 4.51 points to 12,625.42, FBMT100 Index added 1.74 points to 12,360.07 while the FBM 70 eased 1.33 points to 14,135.71 and the FBM Ace slipped 0.79 points to 5,546.95.

Among actives, Sumatec was half-a-sen higher at 29 sen and Xidelang improved one sen to 35 sen. Solution Engineering was flat at 32.5 sen.

Other heavyweights, Kuala Lumpur Kepong added 30 sen to RM24.70, Astro rose six sen to RM2.91 and IHH was three sen better at RM3.99. — Bernama
