PUTRAJAYA, Oct 14 — Civil servants can enjoy a 20 per cent discount on a 12-month subscription to pandapro, foodpanda’s membership programme that offers benefits on food delivery orders under a new government incentive launched by Communications Minister Datuk Seri Fahmi Fadzil today.

The Communications Ministry said the 2026 Rahmah Rebate Incentive for civil servants, introduced through a strategic collaboration with food delivery platform foodpanda, aimed to support the implementation of the Hybrid Working Day (HBH) Policy for public servants.

The ministry said the special offer was open to civil servants with official government email addresses (@xxx.gov.my), helping to ease their cost of living as they go about their daily work routines.

“The incentive can be redeemed through the foodpanda app from October 14 to December 31, 2026,” it said.

The ministry said the initiative also reflected the Madani government’s continued commitment, in collaboration with the private sector, to safeguarding the welfare of civil servants and recognising their contributions as the backbone of the country’s administration.

Further information and redemption guidelines are available in the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document uploaded to the Communications Ministry’s official portal and social media channels.

Also present were Communications Ministry secretary-general Datuk Abdul Halim Hamzah, Bernama Chief Executive Officer Datin Paduka Nur-ul Afida Kamaludin and Bernama Editor-in-Chief Arul Rajoo Durar Raj.
