Mohamad Sabu leads Pakatan supporters as Sharon Teo enters Permas nomination race

PASIR GUDANG, June 27 — Chants of “Johor undi Pakatan Harapan” (Johor votes for Pakatan Harapan) rang out as Sharon Teo made her way to the Permas state constituency nomination centre at Dewan Muafakat Taman Mawar here, marking the start of the state election. 

The procession, which began at 8.15 am, was led by Amanah president Datuk Seri Mohamad Sabu, alongside hundreds of PH supporters dressed in red.

Also seen marching to the nomination centre was Permas incumbent and Barisan Nasional (BN) candidate Baharudin Mohamed Taib, accompanied by hundreds of supporters at 8.35 am.
