KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 30 — The Immigration Department branch in the city announced it is experiencing a technical system disruption affecting several services as of 8am.

The department stated it is taking immediate action to identify and resolve the issues to ensure operations resume smoothly.

“The Department apologises for any inconveniences caused,” it said in the announcement.

The department also asked for the public’s cooperation and patience during the resolution process.
