PUTRAJAYA, Aug 30 — The Transport Ministry expects to introduce the all-in-one monthly unlimited public transportation card to buses and all rail trains in September.

Its minister Anthony Loke said the ministry will be able to implement the card system once the Cabinet gives the green light, which he expects can be done in under a month.

"Implementing it will be up to the government as it has to consider the financial implications involved,” he told reporters after the ministry’s monthly assembly here today.

He said the ministry is still conducting its study in preparation to submit the paper to the Cabinet, possibly sometime next month.
