IPOH, May 9 ― A total of 19.52 per cent of voters in Perak have cast the ballot as at 10am today, the Perak Election Commission (EC) said in a WhatApp message.

Perak has 788 voting centres with 1.4 million registered voters.

Voting began at 8am and will close at 5pm today.

Thunderstorms are expected in Ipoh in the afternoon.
