Rozman vows change in Labuan

LABUAN, May 2 — Labuan Barisan Nasional (BN) candidate Datuk Rozman Isli has vowed to continue transforming the island’s economic landscape with more investments for development infrastructure and economic activities for locals.

He said Labuan being an international financial centre and an oil and gas hub is moving towards a developing smart island city in tandem with national development.

"We are serious in developing Labuan into a smart and sustainable island city with investments pouring in, from both local and foreign investors,” he said during his ‘ceramah’ at Kg Sg Labu here last night, as he entered his fifth day of campaign to defend the Labuan parliamentary seat in the 14th general election (GE14). — Bernama
