KUALA LUMPUR, April 28 — The Wangsa Maju parliamentary seat will see a three-cornered fight between BN, PAS and PKR, despite PKR’s hiccup this morning when its candidate Datin Tan Yee Kew accidentally left her identification card (MyKad) at home.

Tan will be battling the seat against Barisan Nasional’s Datuk Seri Yew Teong Look and PAS’ Razali Tumiran this coming May 9.

Speaking to the media after nominations were closed for the seat today, Tan said she was surprised to have found her MyKad missing at the last-minute before entering the nomination centre.

"I was grateful the officer had acted wisely to accept the photocopy of my IC to save time to do the verifications,” she said.
