"Those found harbouring wanted suspects and helping to conceal their information will be charged under Section 212 of the Penal Code which provides a jail term of up to five years,” he said when met by Bernama here.

Previously, the former director of YBNT was remanded from Dec 27, 2016 to Jan 21, 2017, to facilitate investigations in the case which involved losses of around RM4.5 million.

The suspect was released on police bail after the end of the remand period, while waiting for instructions from the state prosecutor.
