PETALING JAYA, Dec 3 — Two Indian nationals were found brutally murdered and lying in a pool of their own blood in Taman Balakong Jaya last night.
The bodies of the unnamed duo in their 20s had multiple stab and slash wounds when they were discovered face down along Jalan Balakong Jaya.
Kajang police chief Assistant Commissioner Ahmad Dzaffir Mohd Yussof said investigators were looking at revenge as a possible motive.
"They were not robbed as we found their wallets and cash in their pockets.
"We know they worked in the area, but we are investigating who would have wanted them killed,” he said.
He said a sharp object was most likely used in the murder, but added that forensic investigators failed to recover possible murder weapons after combing the scene.
Ahmad Dzaffir said police were alerted at 7.45pm yesterday by a passer-by who spotted the bodies earlier, and arrived to find the bodies in a patch of grass at the entrance of an industrial business area.
He said the bodies were sent to Hospital Serdang for a post-mortem examination.
