KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 16 — Flood victims who have lost or damaged their Malaysian Higher School Certificate (STPM) and the Malaysian University English Test (MUET) can apply for replacement certificates from the Malaysian Examination Council (MPM) for free.

MPM in a statement yesterday said the flood victims could submit applications accompanied by evidence to MPM and the application form could be printed through the MPM portal www.mpm.edu.my
