KUALA LUMPUR, June 22 – Four gunmen struck at a goldsmith’s shop and escaped with jewellery worth about RM2.5 million in Jalan Kuchai Lama today.

The 11am robbery at the goldsmith’s shop located in a supermarket was over in less than a minute.

In a statement today, Kuala Lumpur CID chief, SAC Rusdi Mohd Isa said the robbers wearing helmets and vests took away 10 trays of jewellery. — Bernama
