KUALA LUMPUR, March 23 — The National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) today launched a campaign, ‘#BolehBincang’, for its borrowers to come forward to discuss their repayment problems.

Its chairman, Datuk Dr Shamsul Anuar Nasarah, said the campaign also aimed to inform borrowers that they could always approach PTPTN to discuss their repayment, including on the monthly installment.

Through this ‘#BolehBincang’ campaign, there will be more than 500 PTPTN marketing executives nationwide who can be contacted at any time to help borrowers with their repayment problems, he said when launching the campaign here today.

He said PTPTN borrowers could obtain the telephone numbers of the marketing executives through the corporation’s portal at www.ptptn.gov.my.

He said borrowers could request to discuss their problems at any of the 70 PTPTN offices and branches nationwide, including at Urban Transformation Centres (UTC) and shopping complex nearest to them.

"We have also opened a 24 hour PTPTN counter at the departure hall of the Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (KLIA2) to facilitate those going abroad,” he added. — Bernama
